The RT9063-15GVN with Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) SOT23-3 (N) RoHS from Richtek is a low power voltage regulator designed to provide stable, accurate output from a wide input voltage range. It is NEV- and cadmium-free and meets RoHS requirements. Its peak efficiency is 85% at full load, and its line and load regulation is 1200 mV at full current. The RT9063-15GVN is adjustable and features an enable/disable pin and is suitable for 3.3V, 5V, and 12V output applications. The SOT23-3 (N) package makes it suitable for space-constrained boards and handheld devices.
