RT9170 300mA CMOS LDO Regulator with 15A Quiescent Current General Description Features zz z zz Ultra-Low Quiescent Current (Typically 15uA) The RT9170 is CMOS ultra low quiescent current and low zz z zz Guaranteed 300mA Output Current dropout (ULDO) regulators. The devices are capable of zz z zz Low Dropout : 240mV at 300mA supplying 300mA of output current continuously. zz z zz Wide Operating Voltage Ranges : 2V to 5.5V The RT9170 s performance is optimized for battery- zz z zz Fast Transient Response powered systems to deliver 15uA ultra low quiescent zz z zz Tight Load and Line Regulation current and extremely low dropout voltage. Regulator zz z zz TTL-Logic-Controlled Enable Input ground current increases only slightly in dropout, further zz z zz Current Limiting & Thermal Protection prolonging the battery life. The other features include ultra zz z zz Only 1uF Output Capacitor Required for Stability low dropout voltage, high output accuracy, current limiting zz z zz High Power Supply Rejection Ratio protection, and high ripple rejection ratio. zz z zz Custom Voltage Available The devices are available in fixed output voltages range of zz z zz RoHS Compliant and 100% Lead (Pb)-Free 1.2V to 3.3V with 0.1V per step.
