Additional Infomation About Product

The Richtek RT9173AGM5 is a 3.3V, fast-transition, low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator with internal P-channel and N-channel power MOSFETs. This regulator is designed to produce an adjustable output voltage in the range of 1.2V to 3.3V with a maximum output current of 300mA. Its fast-transition architecture provides a low dropout voltage, as low as 170mV, for light load conditions. The RT9173AGM5 features low-noise operation, current limit and overtemperature protection, and a high output accuracy of ±1.5%. It is available in a SOT-23-5 package and is suitable for applications that require low power consumption in a small form factor.
