Additional Infomation About Product

RT9702GB is a dual primary-side synchronous step-down regulator from Richtek. It is a high-efficiency, high-power solution that utilizes both primary-side and synchronous rectification technology to reduce external components while providing an ultra-low quiescent current of only 7µA (typ). This device integrates an enhanced frequency jittering function, allowing the device to effectively reduce switching noise, and a soft-start function which helps to minimize the inrush current during startup. It also has adjustable current limits and over-temperature protection for added system reliability. The RT9702GB is suitable for automotive DC-DC converter applications with a wide 4.5V to 60V input voltage range.
