N-MOSFET Switch The RT9724 is a cost-effective, low-voltage, single zz z zz Operating Range : 2.7V to 5.5V N-MOSFET high-side Power Switch IC. Low switch-on zz z zz Reverse Blocking Current resistance (typ. 100m) and low supply current (typ. 50uA) zz z zz Under Voltage Lockout are realized in this IC. The RT9724 integrates an over- zz z zz Thermal Protection with Foldback current protection circuit, a short fold back circuit, a zz z zz Over Current Protection thermal shutdown circuit and an under-voltage lockout zz z zz Short Circuit Protection circuit for overall protection. Besides, a slew rate zz z zz Slew Rate Limited Turn-On Time 3ms (5V) controlled function is embedded for turn-on rising time zz z zz RoHS Compliant and Halogen Free control.
