BA7654F-E2 is a three-phase full-wave brushless DC motor driver IC developed by ROHM. This IC is capable of driving three phases of brushless DC motors with high accuracy and stability. It has built-in overload protection and built-in protection circuits for short circuit prevention, under voltage protection and overcurrent protection. It is also equipped with a low-power standby circuit, which allows for energy savings as well as safety and protection during operation. Additionally, it has a PWM speed control input, which allows for a wide range of speed control. The BA7654F-E2 is available in a small SSOP24 package.
