ROHMs BD45xxx and BD46xxx series are highly 0.1V steps accurate, low current consumption Voltage Detector ICs. High accuracy detection voltage: 1.0% Because the counter timer delay circuit is built into Ultra-low current consumption: 0.85A (Typ.) these series, an external capacitor for the delay time Operating temperature range: -40C to +105C setting is unnecessary. The lineup was established with Three internal, fixed delay time: 50ms low output types (Nch open drain and CMOS output) 100ms and detection voltages range from 2.3V to 4.8V in 200ms increments of 0.1V, so that the series may be selected Package according the application at hand.
