These ICs can supply BD9327EFJ : 4.0A (Max) continuous output current of 2A / 3A / 4A BD9326EFJ: 3.0A (Max) respectively over a wide input range, and provides BD9325FJ: 2.0A (Max) not only fast transient response, but also easy phase Switching Frequency: 380kHz (Typ) compensation because of current mode control.
