Reference Voltage Precision: (Ta=25C) 0.8V1.5% (Ta=-40C to +105C) 2.0% BD9615MUV-LB is a low side MOSFET controller with Frequency Range: 100kHz to 2500kHz high withstand voltage (60V). It is suitable for circuits Operating Temperature Range: -40C to +105C requiring low side FET such as boost and flyback, and it can be used in various applications.
