Datasheet Switching Regulators (Integrated FET) 3.3V and 5V output Low Iq DC/DC Converters BD99010EFV-M BD99011EFV-M General Description Key Specifications The BD99010EFV-M and BD99011EFV-M are ultra low Iq Input Voltage Range: 3.6V to 35V Step-down DC/DC converters with integrated power (Absolute Maximum42V) MOSFETs for 3.3V and 5V, respectively. (Initial startup is over 3.9V) The SLLMTM (Simple Light Load Mode) control ensures Output Voltage Range: 3.3V (BD99010EFV-M) an ultra low quiescent current and high efficiency at low 5V (BD99011EFV-M) load situation as well as a high efficiency at high load Switch Output Current: 2A(Max) situations while maintaining a regulated output voltage. Switching Frequency: 200kHz to 500kHz The product is compliant with automotive standards and Pch FET ON Resistance: 170m(Typ) accommodates a maximum voltage of 42V. The minimum Nch FET ON Resistance: 130m(Typ) input voltage is 3.6 V in order to sustain output at cold Operating Temperature Range: -40C to +105C cranking conditions. The current mode regulation loop AEC-Q100 Qualified gives a fast transient response and easy phase compensation. The BD99010EFV-M and BD99011EFV-M are available Package W(Typ) x D(Typ) x H(Max) in a HTSSOP-B24 package. In an application it requires a HTSSOP-B24 7.80mm x 7.600mm x 1.00mm small number of external components and small PCB footprint.
