SemiconductorThe BD9E301EFJ-LBE2 is a 7-36Vin, 2.5A MOSFET DCDC Converter manufactured by ROHM Semiconductor. It is a voltage regulator switching regulator that provides high efficiency and low noise power conversion by using a single N-channel MOSFET. The DCDC converter supports an ultra-low standby current down to 20uA, and it has enhanced 3KV (HBM) surge ESD protection to provide electrical noise and surge immunity. It also has thermal shutdown and overcurrent protection to ensure reliable operation. The DCDC converter also has several features like programmable frequency range, adjustable output voltage and adjustable switching frequency. The BD9E301EFJ-LBE2 is ideal for applications that require high efficiency and low noise power conversion.
