The protection circuits Driver output current (Pulse): 2.5A(Max.) for overcurrent, overheating, under voltage lock out and Output MOSFET DC on resistance: 2.7 (Typ.) the high voltage bootstrap diode with current regulation Operating case temperature: -20C to +100C are built-in. It provides optimum motor drive system for a Junction temperature: +150C wide variety of applications by the combination with Power dissipation: 3.0W controller BD6201X series and enables motor unit standardization.
