The BU4226G-TR is a low voltage detection circuit manufactured by ROHM. It is a CMOS Supervisory Circuit that is designed to detect very low input voltages. It features an open drain output structure that allows it to sink current when the detection voltage is reached, making it ideal for use in battery backed-up systems. The detection voltage can be adjusted via external resistor setting, and it also includes a reset signal delay circuit. This product is available in a range of surface mount packages and is suitable for operating temperatures from -40°C to +85°C.
