The IMP11FHT110 is a universal input range PFC/PWM(Power Factor Correction/ Pulse Width Modulation) controller manufactured by ROHM Semiconductor. It is a high precision, highly integrated device designed to simplify the design of high performance, energy efficient power conversion systems. The device features an integrated PFC/PWM controller, full wave rectifier, and two current sense amplifiers. It also provides additional features such as overvoltage protection, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown protection. The IMP11FHT110 is designed to achieve high efficiency in power applications up to 250 Watts and has excellent EMI (electromagnetic interference) control characteristics. The device is offered in a small SO8 package and is suitable for AC/DC applications.
