Additional Infomation About Product

The MCR01MZPF4990 is a SOP8 (Small Outline Package 8) package transistor produced by the Japanese semiconductor manufacturer ROHM. It is an NPN (Negative Positive Negative) single-transistor type transistor with a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 80V, a maximum collector-base voltage of 80V, and a maximum emitter-base voltage of 6V. It also has a maximum collector current of 0.1A, and a hFE of 250 – 800. This type of transistor is commonly used in low-power applications such as amplifiers and switching computers.
