The HP06W2J0430T5E is a high power thick film resistor manufactured by Royal Ohm in a 1206 size with a 0.5 Watt rating and a 43 Ohm resistance value, with a tolerance of ±5%. It consists of two layers, the lower one, known as the substrate, is made from alumina or an alloy of metal and ceramic and the upper one, called the resistor film, is made from a thick-film resistive material such as ruthenium, palladium, or tungsten.
