SK 70 DT 16 is a high-performance double thyristor module from the SK 70 DT series manufactured by SEMIKRON. It is designed for both AC and DC conduction applications and features 1600 Vdc blocking voltage and 350A continuous current rating. The module includes two Siemens GTO (Gate Turn-Off) thyristors and is mounted in a robust aluminum alloy heat sink. This unit is suitable for inverter, converter and other motor control applications in industrial and building automation sectors. It is RoHS compliant, ensures EMC performance, and is equipped with all safety features.
