The SKD160/16 is a part of the Semikron “Easy 2” family of power electronic devices. It is a 1600V/16A insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) module, which is mainly used for power electronics applications such as motor drives, uninterruptible power supplies, industrial automation, and machine control. This IGBT module provides an efficiency increase and reduced system size compared to other conventional solutions. It features heat sinking and active cooling capabilities, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
