The SKKE 15/14 is a 10 A IGBT module from Semikron that features a low drop voltage of 5 – 6 V, low thermal resistance and short circuit current limiting. It is designed to provide high current and reliable switching in applications such as motion control, power electronics and industrial automation. This econoDUAL6 package module has fast current fall-times and can withstand temperature variations up to 150 ºC. It also features adjustable on state voltage levels and has a robust gate structure. This module is suitable for use in medium voltage applications with a high rate of switching.
