Additional Infomation About Product

The SKKH 132/08E is a double series 800-volt (V) 130-amp (A) module manufactured by Semikron and is part of the SEMIPACK2 series with properties of Ufmax:1.8V and V:A22. The module features two MOSFETs in a single package and also features a fully optimized layout for low losses and minimal thermal resistance. It is designed for applications requiring high power density and voltage levels up to 800V.
