The Semikron SKT300/12E-UNF is a three-phase thyristor/diode module designed to provide a rugged, highly reliable power output solution. The module consists of 12 parallel-connected pair of thyristors and diodes, each pair rated for 300 Amperes. The module features an ultra-fast reverse-recovery with low dV/dt stress, a heat sink supporting surface temperature up to +175°C, and is suitable for operation up to up to 1250V. The module is insulated to ensure maximum safety and comes with integrated EMC-filters. It is suitable for a variety of industrial and business applications.
