The SKT 300/16E is a high-power, three-phase thyristor module from Semikron. It is designed to provide a safe, reliable and highly efficient solution for AC power control. The module is capable of switching up to 30kW of power. Its high switching frequency (up to 25kHz) allows it to be used in a wide range of applications, ranging from industrial motor drives, UPS systems and welding equipment. It features a robust housing design with integrated cooling and has a blocking voltage of up to 800V. Additionally, it is designed to meet UL and VDE safety standards.
