The SEMIWARE P2600SB Gas Discharge Tube is a DO-214AA SMB RoHS compliant device with dual-mode EMI/RFI protection. The device uses a pair of ultra-fast Gas Discharge Tubes (GDTs) to provide high-level EMI/RFI protection in the GHz frequency range. The device also provides a low breakover voltage and low leakage current. The device is designed to protect lightning surge and high-frequency RFI noise in both conductive and radiative cases. The device features an ultra-fast, low-loss symmetrical function for reliable operation with extremely low capacitance and low steady-state resistance. The device also provides superior clamping performance and is reverse polarity protected. The device is also designed to meet the RoHS directive for hazardous substances.
