The SRDA3.3-4.T is a mixed-signal analog-digital integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by Semtech. It is designed for use in motor control applications such as sensorless brushless motor control. It integrates a 180-degree sinusoidal driver along with a motor control processor and multiple on-chip peripherals. The SRDA3.3-4.T features AEC-Q100 Level 1 qualification and features an adjustable three-level sine wave frequency up to 30kHz, adjustable peak current control up to 12.5A, and adjustable release time for commutation. Additionally, it supports over temperature and over current protection with programmable blind time, hall sensor initialization, and a digital monitoring and debug interface compatible with multiple logic levels.
