.The 78M12 Linear Voltage Regulator TO-252-2 (DPAK) RoHS is a three-terminal positive fixed voltage regulator with output voltage accuracy of ±2%. It has a low quiescent current and low dropout voltage. The package type is TO-252-2 (DPAK) RoHS, and the maximum power dissipation is 0.5W with a 3-Bump Chip Scale Package (WCSP) for minimum weight and thickness. The maximum junction temperature is +125°C and the operating junction temperature range is -40°C to +125°C. It is manufactured by Shikues and is available in 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3V, 3.3V, 5V, and adjustable output voltages.
