The AMS1117-1.2 Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) positive fixed 1.5V @ 1A 30V 1.2V 1.4A SOT-223 RoHS is manufactured by Shikues. It is a single chip low dropout regulator featuring a low operating current and low noise output. The maximum output current of this device is 1.4A, making it suitable for powering high current loads in a low voltage system. The device also features an adjustable soft-start function, as well as overtemperature and short-circuit protection. It is RoHS certified, and is available in a SOT-223 package. The maximum input voltage limit is 30V, making this device ideal for low voltage applications.
