The SMAJ6.0A with TVS SMA RoHS manufactured by Shikues is an electronic part which protects vulnerable electronic devices against electrostatic discharge or power surges. It is a low capacitance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) with a Uni-directional ESD protection in a SMA (surface mount array) package. Its secondary purpose is to provide electrostatic discharge protection which can protect equipment in sensitive areas such as telecoms, industrial, audio-visual, medical applications and automotive components. It has a maximum ESD protection voltage of 25kV and is RoHS compliant.
