The SP6601A is a switching controller designed by Si-power for voltage regulator, USB charger, and high power applications. It is designed to provide high accuracy voltage regulation to a wide range of input voltages and output currents. It is housed in a RoHS-compliant 6-pin SOT-23 package, and has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
