Additional Infomation About Product

The GRTE18-N2447 is a miniature photoelectric reflective sensor, manufactured by Sick. It is an 18 mm barrel-shaped sensor with an extendable 8 mm M8 threaded barrel that can reach up to 24 mm. This device features one red light emitting diode (LED) and one photoswitch receiver to detect the presence of a reflective material. It has built-in solid state logic to provide automatic repeatability and stable detection from long distance. It also features a teach button to allow adjustment of the sensor in order to optimize sensitivity for a variety of materials. The GRTE18-N2447 is suitable for applications such as detect the presence of a label on a product or for detecting a buckle on a belt.
