Additional Infomation About Product

s DBI01311 is a signal construct used for the expression of His-tagged fusion proteins in Drosophila S2 insect cells. The construct contains a T7 RNA polymerase promoter to drive the expression of the fusion protein, an antibiotic selection marker (ampicillin resistance), the cDNA encoding the His-tagged fusion protein, a Kozak sequence for efficient translation, and a polyadenylation signal. The construct is designed to integrate into the genome of Drosophila S2 cells via homologous recombination, allowing for stable expression of the tagged protein.
