The SD30M60AC is a dual full bridge or half bridge driver DIP-27H RoHS system designed and manufactured by Silan. It contains two high-current, low-on-resistance MOSFETs which are controlled by an integrated controller IC, enabling their combination to form a full bridge or a half bridge in one package. Its low profile (27mm) allows for a compact design solution. It features advanced protection functions, including over temperature protection, thermal shut-down, overcurrent shutdown and undervoltage lockout.
