The SI8261BBC-C-IPR is an isolated gate driver component manufactured by Silicon Labs. It is a three-phase full bridge MOSFET driver with 3.75 kV opto-driver replacement in a PDIP8 package. The part includes an integrated transformer-based isolated bias supply providing gate voltages up to 18V. The device operates from a 3.3V to 5V supply voltage and includes a high-frequency compensation mode for improved driver performance. It also features an isolated enable input, support for logic-level and PWM pulse-width modulation mode, as well as a short-circuit protection for low capacitive loads. This makes it ideal for motor-control applications in automotive, industrial, and consumer markets.
