SI8431BB-C-IS1 Silicon Labs

The SI8431BB-C-IS1 with Digital Isolators 2.5 kV 2 forward & 1 reverse 3-channel isolator is a high-performance, low-power digital isolator manufactured by Silicon Labs. It is designed for applications requiring small size, large CMOS digital isolator that offers high common mode transient immunity (CMTI) rejection ratios and very fast data rates. It utilizes Silicon Labs' proprietary integrated capacitance isolation technology and offers a wide range of isolation voltage ratings from 2.5 kV up to 6 kV. This isolator provides up to 100 Mbps of isolation data rates and features 3 independent channels of isolation. It offers a ±8 kV HBM ESD rating on both the input/output side as well as on the power/ground pins. It also has advanced EMI/EMC compliant Protection that meets the EN 61000-4-2 standard and can work with a wide range of input voltages (1.7 to 5.5 V). The SI8431BB-C-IS1 features high common mode transient immunity (CMTI),and its low power consumption makes it ideal for remote sensing, low power microcontroller interfaces, and communication interface isolation.
