TS3300 0.6-3V , 1.8-3.6V , 3.5A, High-Efficiency Boost + Output Load Switch IN OUT FEATURES DESCRIPTION Combines Low-power Boost + Output Load The TS3300 is a 1st-generation power management Switch product that combines a high-efficiency boost Boost Regulator regulator and an output load switch in one package. The boost regulator operates from a supply voltage Input Voltage: 0.6V- 3V as low as 0.6V and can deliver at least 75mA at Output Voltage: 1.8V- 3.6V 1.2V to 3V , an industry first. BI BO Efficiency: Up to 84% No-load Input Current: 3.5A TM The TS3300 includes an anti-crush feature to Delivers >100mA at 1.8VBO from 1.2VBI prevent the collapse of the input voltage to the boost Boost Shutdown Control regulator when the input is a weak (high impedance) No External Schottky Diode Required source. If the input voltage drops below a determined Anti-Crush Capability voltage threshold (settable by a resistor divider), the Prevents Input Voltage Collapse when boost regulator switching cycles are paused, powered with Weak/High Impedance Power effectively limiting the minimum input voltage. Anti- Sources TM crush is useful in applications where a buffer Single-Inductor, Discontinuous Conduction capacitor at the boosts output can service burst Mode Scheme with Automatic Peak Current loads, and the input source exhibits substantial Adjustment source impedance (such as an old battery, or at cold 16-Pin, Low-Profile, Thermally-Enhanced temperatures). 3mm x 3mm TQFN Package The TS3300 is fully specified over the -40C to +85C temperature range and is available in a low-profile, thermally-enhanced 16-pin 3x3mm TQFN package APPLICATIONS with an exposed back-side paddle.
