TS3310/12/14 Data Sheet True 150 nA I , Selectable 1.8 to 5 V Instant-On Boost Con- Q OUT KEY FEATURES verter Market-Leading, Active-Mode, No-load The TS3310/12/14 is a low power boost switching regulator with an industry leading low Supply Current: I = 150 nA Q quiescent current of 150 nA(typ). The 150 nA is the actual current consumed from the Efficiency up to 92% battery while the output is in regulation.
