The SSP7603P36PR Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) SOT89-3 RoHS is a part manufactured by Siproin. It is a 3-Pin extremely low-power, low-voltage positive low-dropout linear regulator designed to meet the performance requirements of the general mobile communication. This component is an ultra-low quiescent current (IQ) LDO that provides a stable output voltage using only a single external resistor. It has a maximum input voltage of 5.5V, a total output current of up to 300mA, and an output voltage range of 1.5V to 3.6V. This regulator is RoHS compliant and designed for use in portable applications requiring minimum parts count. It is well-suited for applications such as system standby, post regulation, buffer stage, voltage clamping, and surge current limitation.
