The HUR15100 is a three-phase, AC to DC packaged power module by Infineon Technologies. It is designed for industrial power applications including motor drives, PFCs, and renewable energy systems. This device consists of three synchronous rectifiers in a single package in a half-bridge topology with insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) and diodes. The on-resistors of the device are low when compared to traditional diodes, allowing higher efficiency. The module also boasts a wide operating temperature range, up to +150°C, and a high power density.
