The U2010B with Motor Drivers SOP-16_150mil RoHS is an integrated semiconductor device manufactured by Siyon. It includes a high- and low-side gate driver, MOSFETs, and Schottky diodes which work together to develop an efficient system for controlling motors. It is a RoHS compliant dual output motor driver that offers protection against over-temperature, over current and under voltage. Additionally, it has the ability to protect against reverse current and shoot-through current. The SOP-16_150mil package ensures that the device is compatible with almost all applications.
