The ULN2803AS with Darlington Transistor Array Driver SOP-18 RoHS manufactured by SLKORMICRO is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array. It consists of eight Darlington pairs that feature high-voltage outputs with common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. The ULN2803AS is designed for use in AC or DC motor control, relay and hammer driver, printer, line switch and logic buffers/drivers. It is also an ideal choice for applications that require one chip to drive several low-power outputs. The ULN2803AS is RoHS compliant and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
