It is a low capacitance silicon protection diode that is designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by electrostatic discharge (ESD). The device has a reverse voltage of 58.1V, a peak pulse power dissipation of 40V, and a peak pulse current of 36V. Its physical dimensions conform to the SOD-123 standard, and is designed for surface mount applications.
