The UN3E6-420MM with Gas Discharge Tubes (GDTs) Through Hole RoHS is an electronic part manufactured by SOCAY. It is designed to protect electrical installations from over-voltage and transients. It consists of two axial GDTs in a common plastic case, with a resistive voltage divider circuit between the GDTs. The device is suitable for mounting on printed circuit boards. The GDTs can be configured in series/parallel for varying protection levels. The RoHS certification means that the product is certified to be in compliance with EU directives on the restriction of hazardous substances.
