MicroSOM I2EX is a tiny System-on-Module (SOM) designed by SolidRun, offering high-performance storage for professional microcomputer applications such as industrial automation, IIoT, smart homes and medical devices. It is based on the Intel® Quark™ SoC X1000 processor and contains an on-board Intel® 8GB eMMC NAND flash memory. The MicroSOM I2EX includes Intel® security protocols and provides up to 1GB of DDR3 memory, providing large memory capabilities to enable the latest applications using multiple operating systems. It also features USB, SPI, I2C, SD/MMC, UART, USB OTG support, and provides a wide range of peripheral expansion capabilities. It comes in a small form-factor, perfect for high-density designs like industrial solutions and small form-factor applications.
