The STE20D151K1DQ0FQT0R0 with Varistors 125V 250V 10KA Through Hole RoHS is a RoHS compliant through-hole varistor designed and manufactured by Songtian. It is a high-energy bidirectional protective device, intended to protect sensitive electronics against transients caused by electrical surges, lightning, and other events. The device has a 15kV rating, with a peak current of 10kA. Its surge performance is rated up to 125 volts and 250 volts for a 10kA peak current surge. It has an energy rating of 8J, with a leakage current of less than 1mA. The device is suitable for use in AC and DC applications. The UL approved product is designed to meet the highest safety and quality standards.
