On December 1, 2009, Spelsberg, a leading German company specializing in enclosures and electrical installation products, was in the midst of a moderate expansion in their product line. Specifically, they had just released a new range of plastic distribution enclosures, the ABB i-bus 34 & 55, the first of their product line to feature a glass-fiber reinforced plastic. They also included several new colors and improved cable ducts. In addition, they had recently expanded their popular range of folding electric hand trays and connection switches.
