Stannol 540001 is a solder paste for lead-free and lead-containing soldering applications. It is formulated with a neutral rosin-based flux system and a blend of tin/lead alloys. The alloys are compliant with J-STD-004 and EN 29453 designation. This paste provides uniform particle size distribution for superior printing and flux development. Stannol 540001 is suitable for both hand soldering and automated operations. It offers excellent wetting performance, outstanding soldering capabilities, high tack-force, and reliable soldering. It is suitable for use on all metals, including copper, brass, aluminum, and steel. Stannol 540001 also offers excellent thermal and dimensional stability while soldering. Additionally, this solder paste is available in a range of melting points ranging from 183°C to 220°C.
