Blue Flux
Stannol Blue Flux, Part No. 648110 is a low-solids, no-clean, liquid, non-activated rosin core solder paste flux with a halide level equal to or less than 0.002%. It is formulated with high-purity premium raw materials, ensures a reliable soldering process, and provides excellent results, with minimal spattering and residue. It is suitable for use in a variety of applications, such as wave soldering and reworking. The paste flux has a viscosity of 85 poise and an activator level of 4%. It is flux classification ROL1 according to J-STD-004, and the residues are classified ROHS according to EC 1934/2004. Stannol Blue Flux, part 648110, is halide-free, RoHS compliant, and meets IPC J-STD-004.
