The STC12C5604AD with 4KB 768Byte FLASH 15 51Series DIP-20 Microcontroller Unit (MCU/MPU/SOC) ROHS, manufactured by STC is a device designed to integrate the functionality of several electronic components into one integrated circuit. It is a highly integrated, low-power 16-bit microcontroller with 48KB Flash ROM and 12-bit A/D converter, providing highly advanced features. The device features a 16-bit timer, serial port, UART, SPI/I2C, PWM, Four-way PWM and CED-UART communications, two additional digital IO pins, and analog comparator functions. Other features include a 16-level watch dog timer, real-time clock wake-up, an alternate power supply source, an 8k Byte SRAM and 8k Byte EEPROM data memory.
