01231.1-00 is a part of the Stego family of material and is product number for a thermally conductive electrical insulating pad. This pad provides a low-cost thermal interface solution for electronic devices exposed to high-temperature operating environments. It is designed to provide superior electrical insulation and heat dissipation with minimal thickness. It has a maximum continuous operating temperature of 200°C, with a 6mm thickness, and is flame retardant to UL 94 V-0.
