Additional Infomation About Product

The ACST2-8SB-TR is a dual-n-channel logic level MOSFET manufactured by ST Microelectronics. It has an 8 A, logic level threshold voltage of 2.5 V, and an drain-source breakdown voltage of 40 V. It is a surface-mount transistor that is rated at 1.8 W of continuous drain-source power. This transistor has an RDS (on) of 285 mO and an ultra-low gate charge. The ACST2-8SB-TR is well suited for digital switching applications, and features low-voltage operation, fast switching speeds and low-on-resistance.
