The KF25BD-TR with LDO Voltage Regulators 2.5V 0.5A Positive manufactured by STMicroelectronics is a low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator that provides an output current of 0.5 amps and a voltage of 2.5 volts. It is designed for use in mixed-signal, digital and RF applications. Its tight line and load regulation make it ideal for powering analog and digital circuits.
